Job Description:Prestige Law Group LLP is seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Real Estate Attomey with expertise in commercial property transactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate law, with a oroven track record in handling complex commercial real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, inc uding purchase and sa e agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and construction contracts.
• Provide expert legal advice on commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, title review, and environmental assessments.
• Lead contract negotiations with property owners, developers, investors, and financial institutions. Vanage all aspects of real estate closings, including coordination with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other parties.
• Collaborate closely with intemal and external stakeholders, including clients, lenders, anc developers, to ensure smooth and timely transaction processes.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate law and regulations affecting commercial property transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Acmission to the State Bar where the position is locatec.
• Minimum of 5 years of rea estate law experience with a focus on commercial property transactions.
• Strong background in contract drafting and negotiations for high-va ue transactions.
• Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience hardling complex multi-party 'eal estate transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large law firms or real estate boutique practices.
• Knowledge of zoning, land use, and real estate finance.
• Experience with join: ventures, development projects, and commercial leasing.
